Scuppered Again

Today I felt well enough for a bit of retail therapy, always helps a girlie feel better, so it was off to Watford with Mum. As we drove into the car park (one of those spiral ramp affairs) Mum told me that the last time she went to Watford with Dad he had managed to scrape his car on the ramp wall. He'd given some excuse or other like all men do in these situations and she said that she'd not said a word but had spent the whole day smiling to herself :D Us girlies know the kind of stress we'd have received if we'd have scraped the car!!

So Mum and I were merrily shopping away and about to find somewhere for lunch when I received the dreaded phone call from Katie's school to say she was as white as a sheet and could I come and get her :( (she's fine by the way) so shopping trip cut short yet again!!! Kids who'd have them!!
